1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for most unused and unopened LED lighting products within:

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or installed LED lighting products
  • Items showing signs of wear or tampering
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation

We will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Lucentge LLC Covers Shipping

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customer Pays Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • No longer needed
  • Incorrect installation by customer

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order may be processing or already shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may request a return after receiving the product (if eligible).


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
All other cases require a standard return and repurchase.
